If you are undecided or confused about what your company should be planning for the future we offer a low cost consultancy service. This means that we will listen to you, answer your questions and advise on the best way forward for your organisation. The benefit of this route is that you do not have to make any decisions at this stage. We will simply provide advice and information and explore the options open to your company.
When you decide to proceed our Assessor will:
- Assess your company's activities in relation to the compliance you require;
- Help you to establish a programme to deal with any areas that do not comply;
- Produce the required policy, procedures, manuals and documents;
- Train your staff to ensure their understanding of your system and procedures;
- Ensure the satisfactory implementation of your manuals and procedures;
- Arrange for a trial audit to be carried out on your system, prior to a third-party Certification Audit, by an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor.
Following a Certification Audit your company will be placed on the Register of the Certifying Company and you will receive your BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and/or BS EN ISO 14001:2004 Certificate.
You will then be entitled to use the Certifier's logo on your promotional material.
You will be audited regularly to ensure compliance and continued improvement of your system.
