Dealing with problems highlighted in your last Certification or Surveillance Audit

If your Certification Body has identified areas where Corrective Action is required we can:

  • Interpret their findings and prepare a Corrective Action Plan
  • Explain the problems to your employees and demonstrate how to rectify them
  • Where required, rewrite any areas of your Quality Manual or Procedures
  • Replace or redesign any unsatisfactory documentation
  • Work with your employees to rectify identified deficiencies
  • Audit the area/s to ensure that changes work and that evidence of this is available

We will work closely with your employees to ensure that your Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems are a true and accurate reflection of your company’s activities.
