Interpret their findings and prepare a Corrective Action Plan;

Explain the problems to your employees and demonstrate how to rectify them;

Where required, rewrite any areas of your Quality Manual or Procedures;

Replace or redesign any unsatisfactory documentation;

Work with your employees to rectify identified deficiencies;

Audit the area/s to ensure that changes work and that evidence of this is available.

We will provide any Quality, Environmental or OHSAS training identified during our visits;

We will at all times simplify terminology and documentation;
